What Happens After Registration

YOU’VE REGISTERED FOR THE FESTIVAL…  Now What?

IMPORTANT: Your festival group is not officially considered registered until we receive your $100 registration fee per ensemble.

Thank you for registering for OrlandoFest!  We are busy preparing an amazing event for you and your group! Our goal is to have your schedule to you no later than 3 weeks prior to your event weekend. In order to accomplish this, it is important to follow the deadlines below. You will be notified via email when your schedule is completed.

  • 75 days* – Pre-Booking form is due
  • 60 days* – 50% Deposit due
  • 45 days* – Final Booking Form, Musical Selections, Stage Set Up, and Director Plaque form are due (final numbers may be adjusted at this point)
  • 30 days* – Final Payment is due

* All due dates are in reference to the Saturday of your selected festival weekend

NOTE:  If your group is being handled by a travel agency or tour operator, please follow their deadlines and procedures.  Additionally, please do NOT send us the Pre-Booking Form nor the Final Booking Form.  This will be handled by your tour operator as well.  (All we need from you will be the Ensemble Information Form)
